AVAILABILITY:
All products are subject to stock-on-hand, however, we do our best to keep products in stock. Orders for out-of-stock products will be placed on backorder for up to three (3) weeks.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged on all products and orders that are delivered to Texas residents only.

PRICING:
All prices are in US Dollars. All prices are listed individually with each product and are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS:
We accept checks, money orders and credit cards (Master, Visa, Discover and American Express). Please make checks or money orders payable to Kronberg's Flags and Flagpoles. Shipment of products paid by check will be subject to a 7-day hold for checks to clear.

REFUND POLICY:
At Kronberg's Flags and Flagpoles, your satisfaction is our goal. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 20-day, no questions-asked, money back guarantee on every item you purchased. We will gladly refund the purchase price for any merchandise less original shipping cost. The guarantee period begins when the product is delivered to you. Product must be returned to us before the end of the 20th day. No refund will be given after that time.

SHIPPING:
All domestic orders are currently being shipped regular ground at $XX.XX per order to anywhere in the continental USA.

For orders totaling $XX.XX or more regular ground shipping cost is waived. However, for overnight (1 business day) shipping $XX.XX will be charged regardless of any purchase amount.

Our Customer Service Department is open for telephone inquiries Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays, from 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time (CST).
Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST will usually be shipped on the same business day. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, as well as overseas, will have additional charges.

We try to keep all the products in stock. Yet, due to a high demand for a particular product, we might be out of stock or may not be able to manufacture orders on time. If any items are unavailable we will ship them, free of charge, as soon as they become available. We will e-mail you a list of your back ordered item ASAP.
