Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

Returns may be made upon written approval from our office. No returns are accepted on orders over 30 days old. Authorized returns are to be prepaid and will be subject to our inspection for damage or misuse before acceptance. Custom orders are not returnable. The only exceptions to this are based on our error per your written instructions.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE RMA # IS SHOWN ON THE RETURN BOX.

Shipping and handling costs for return merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for any returned items that have not been received by us.

Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice with your postal mail request, or include your order number if requesting a return via email. Please note the reason for the return so that we may better service your needs in the future.

We recommend that you send your package via UPS or another shipping/mailing service that offers tracking of your package. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in shipment. The estimated refund time is 10 to 15 business days from the receipt date. Your refund will be issued in the same form as your payment. If you paid by check or cash, you will receive a refund check in the mail.

If the carrier damaged your merchandise in shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 800-344-3524. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced immediately. Your account will reflect an outstanding balance for the replacement items, but credit will be issued when the return is received.

If your shipment is a flagpole, you must inspect the shipment before it is unloaded. If damage has occurred, you must decline the merchandise; it will be returned to our office. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, we will then ship out another flagpole to you. Failure to inspect the flagpole and to note the damage on the freight bill will void any responsibility by Kronberg's Flags and Flagpoles in the damage claim.

RETURNS CHECKLIST

Include your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, and your e-mail address to receive a return confirmation, along with a copy of your Invoice (or Order Number if submitting your request via email) and Return Form (omit if submitting via email).

Indicate the quantity returned and the reason for your return.

ORDERING

How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from receipt (Monday thru Friday only). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays). Overnight shipping orders are usually shipped on the same day when the order is received by 10:00am CST Monday thru Friday. Overnight shipping orders received after 10:00am CST, or received on weekends/holidays, will be shipped the following business day. To calculate when your order will arrive, add 1 to 2 business days to the 1 to 5 business days it takes for UPS Ground to deliver your order, or 1 day for domestic overnight delivery. In most cases your order will arrive within 7 business days. Your order may arrive sooner, but please allow ample time for delivery. We ship via UPS and cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

ORDER TRACKING

When you have completed placing your order you will be given an order reference number. Refer to this order number and your customer number for any questions concerning your order.

Can I split/ship my order to more than one address?
If you want to ship products to two different addresses, you need to place two separate orders.

Can I change my order?
You can't change your order after submitting it for processing. However, you can return your order within 30 days of shipping date.

Can I cancel my order?
If you are online, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is calculated by percentage of dollar amount of order.

There is a domestic overnight shipping surcharge of $26.00.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged additional shipping after the order is placed. Orders to these two states must be sent via 2-day or overnight delivery.

If you are placing an online order for flagpoles, please note that shipping costs for flagpoles will not be added at the time of placing the order. They will be calculated separately and you will be informed within 24 hours in the working business days. To get an advance quote please use our Quote Sheet . In the comments section write in your product item number and shipping address.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to Texas addresses will be charged sales tax of 8.25%.
