Custom Vinyl Banners

Price includes single sided Digital Full Color printed image on 13 oz heavy weight gloss vinyl with polyester scrim. Brass #1 plain or #2 spur grommet in each corner. Additional grommets provided for sides wider than 5 foot. All sides are folded and hemmed with double needle lockstitch. Pole hems, moon holes, and velcro priced on request. Banners can also be made of vinyl mesh for less wind resistance. All banners are digitally printed with unlimited colors. We will endeavor to match colors as close as possible if color sample provided or pms number or cmyk color numbers provided. PDF color email proof to be provided for approval prior to approval. Each design will have a $20.00 set up charge added to the price. See additional details below for art format required.

Our custom digital printing process allows you to print any amount of colors, with any gradiation or digital image on white 13 oz gloss vinyl.

Banners can be printed at widths up to 90". For widths exceeding 90", multiple panels can be sewn or welded together.

Color matching. While digital printing uses Pantone colors or CMYK we will endeavor to match your colors as close as possible. Please provide CMYK or pms colors you want to match or send an actual color sample to match against.

Art Specifications. See below for prices. Art must be provided per specification.

Electronic Artwork

Artwork can be submitted by e-mail (office@kronbergsflags.com) or by postal mail if on a CD or other electronic media. We also use www.yousendit.com to send files larger than 8 meg.

To ensure high-quality printing please provide artwork in VECTOR FORMAT saved as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .pdf, or .eps) file. Please make sure to outline fonts or include font files.

If the art file is saved as an image (.jpg, .psd, .tiff or.gif) the image must be saved at least 300 dpi at 1:10 scale (1in=10in) for a 3x5’ to guarantee a clear image.

Please provide black and white, color separated artwork. Should be set at the highest resolution possible (preferred: 600 dpi laser print).

Existing flags/other: Ship it to us and we’ll do our best with provided art. Art charges may apply.

Additional Charges for Custom Banners

Setup Charges: $ 20.00 per artwork for orders uner $200.00

Setup charges include in-house processing, one proof and one revision proof. (redraw charges may apply).
