Includes canvas header and grommets on one short side for a horizontal flag. Pricng is for Nylon but Polyester can be also furnished at similar prices.

Polyester material can also be provided at similar pricing.

Material width. Flags can be printed at widths up to 72”. For widths exceeding 72”, multiple panels can be sewn together.

Backside penetration. Penetration levels reach 80-90‰ of the second side. Multiple images can be printed and sewn together for proper reading on both sides.

Color matching. While digital printing uses Pantone colors, the ink finish on nylon may vary from ink finish on paper.

Electronic Artwork

Artwork can be submitted by e-mail (office@kronbergsflags.com) or by postal mail if on a CD or other electronic media. To ensure high-quality printing please provide artwork in VECTOR FORMAT saved as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .pdf, or .eps) file. Please make sure to outline fonts or include font files.

If the art file is saved as an image (.jpg, .psd, .tiff or.gif) the image must be saved at least 300 dpi at 1:10 scale (1in=10in) for a 3x5’ to guarantee a clear image.

Non-electronic Artwork

Please provide black and white, color separated artwork. Should be set at the highest resolution possible (preferred: 600 dpi laser print).

Existing flags/other: Ship it to us and we’ll do our best with provided art. Art charges may apply.

Additional Charges for Custom Flags

Setup Charges: $ 20 per artwork

Setup charges include in-house processing, one proof and one revision proof. (redraw charges may apply).
